Toronto (Oct. 20, 2013). Chroniker Press has published Fundamental View: Ten Talks on the Pali Canon, by Alexander Duncan (Tseten Thokmey), in an economically priced digest paperback edition as well as a trade hardcover. Fundamental View is a universal, non-sectarian overview of the teachings of the Buddha according to the Pali Canon, based on Bhikkhu Bodhi’s anthology, In the Buddha’s Words. It is based on two series of talks delivered by Tseten Thokmey at the Buddha Center, in summer and fall 2013. A limited number of copies of this book is available free of charge to any bona fide dharma centre, anywhere in the world, upon application.
